It was 2015 when a disruption happened, and it changed every equation on how we see Shared economy today. An important criterion of the sharing economy is that it enables leveraging assets that are not being fully utilised.
Following on the shared resource strategy we started offering our customers, minuscule teams of 2-3 resources each. These terms would comprise of a developer, a UI expert and a QA engineer. Although the developer would be the main resource hired, the UI and QA expert would be offered from our shared pool at no additional cost.
These are tow factors on which our customer- centric offers are based. This is how HireTechTeam happened.
Firstly, we give the customer a term to engage with rather than an individual developer. And secondly, customer pays for a developer but does not pay any premium for the UI and QA experts.
